Pacific Breeze overlooks Manresa State Beach, a quiet, uncrowded stretch of coast fifteen minutes south of Santa Cruz. Every room has a panoramic view of Monterey Bay, and the bottom floor opens straight onto the sand. It is one of the few places in Northern California where you can walk for miles in either direction, and still have a fire on the beach at the end of the day. Capitola is fifteen minutes away, the Santa Cruz Boardwalk twenty, Monterey and Carmel forty.
No road, no car park, no walk. The lower floor is 35 steps down to Manresa State Beach and miles of uncrowded sand in both directions.

The beach is 35 steps away. Directly below the house. The bottom floor opens onto Manresa State Beach with no road or car park in between.
Eight overnight guests across three bedrooms and the open-plan family room. Total gatherings are limited to ten people at any one time, between 8am and 10pm. No weddings or party events.

We cannot accept pets of any kind due to the owner’s allergies. The home is strictly non-smoking indoors, on the decks, and within 50 feet of the building.
Two driveway spaces plus limited street parking. Driveway spaces suit vehicles under 7,500 lbs gross weight. No RVs, trailers or fifth wheelers due to HOA rules. Two cars maximum recommended on holiday weekends.
The home is tri-level with stairs between every floor and no wheelchair access, so it will present difficulties for guests with mobility challenges.
